- New recordings or stems, arrangement or production changes, extensive tuning or editing, vocal comping or alignment, major file replacement, or a new creative direction require a separate quote.
- New files supplied after mixing begins may affect the price and timeline.
- Additional revision rounds are $50 per round.

- Export all stems from the same starting point
- Remove unnecessary plugins unless the effect is creatively essential
- Include both wet and dry vocal versions when possible
- Clearly label every file
- Consolidate or print important edits
- Include BPM and musical key when known
- Include a rough mix
- Include one to three reference tracks

- Note any intentional distortion, noise, timing, or pitch choices

What to know before sending your record.
What files should I send?
Send consolidated audio stems exported from the same starting point, plus a rough mix, one to three references, tempo information, lyrics, and creative notes.
Is mastering included?
Yes. A stereo master is included after the final mix is approved.
How many revisions are included?
Two revision rounds are included. One round is one organized set of consolidated feedback. Additional rounds are $50 each.
How long does the process take?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days after payment, all required files, and the Record Intention Brief are complete.
Can you tune or edit vocals?
Extensive tuning or editing, vocal comping or alignment, and major repair work are outside the standard scope and require a separate quote before work continues.
Can you add production or change the arrangement?
Production and arrangement changes are not part of the standard service, but they may be quoted separately when appropriate.
Can I send a Logic Pro, Ableton Live, FL Studio, or Pro Tools session?
Consolidated audio stems are preferred over native DAW sessions so plugin, software, and version differences do not interrupt the project.
What happens if I need more revisions?
Additional revision rounds are $50 each. Major changes that establish a new scope are quoted separately before work continues.
Will I receive stems?
Stem delivery is not automatically included. Discuss it before the project begins so the scope and pricing can be confirmed.
Can you create clean, instrumental, or performance versions?
Instrumental, acapella, clean, and performance versions are included when applicable and part of the original scope. Confirm the versions you need before work begins.
Can I receive a refund on Mix & Master?
Payments for Mix & Master services are final and non-refundable. If SCRPXN Studios determines that it cannot provide a purchased service at all, it may determine an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.
How will I receive the final files?
Final files are released through the private client portal, where authorized clients can securely access their own delivery.
A great mix should reveal the identity of the record, not overwrite it.

Existing clients can sign in to create a project, complete the Record Intention Brief, and upload files through the private client portal.
